Strength & Weaknesses

Question #1  What's driving you? What's driving me is myself and my daughter . I'm a single parent that is trying to show a good example to my baby. To show her that she can strive for what ever  she believe in.

Explain: Where you are today and how did you get there? Where I am at today is a young women who went back to college to get my BA to make a better life for myself and my family. It was a struggle to get where I am at today. I had to pray, keep my faith, cry, laugh and scream and most important talk to others. I was determine to reach this stage in my life and I don't want to look back.

Question #3  How can you contribute more? The way that I feel that I can contribute and may help others is by telling my struggle and express how I feel truly.

Question#4 How can you understand and appreciate people more? There's a lot of people who struggles are worse or even better than mines, but when u listen to each others stories you can actually relate to one another. I appreciate people more because they use their struggles to turn them into success stories that they didn't let anything hold them back no matter how many set backs they may have had in the past.

1st Question:   Why did you pick the Bachelor of  Arts in American Urban Studies as your major at MCNY? 
- I picked the Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies as my major because  wanted to study public relations which fell underneath Liberal Arts/ Urban Studies. When I finish my bachelor program I want to be an advocate for foster children.

2nd Question:  What are your career/education goals once you obtain your Bachelor of Arts in American Urban Studies? And how will this degree help you achieve these goals?
-Once I obtain my Bachelors in American Urban Studies I want to attend Columbia University to get my Masters in Public Relations.This degree will help me achieve my goals by more doors opening and expanding my professional/social  group, Meeting new and exciting people who can help me grow . I want to be an advocate for foster children, that is dear to my heart to help the young people out and speak on their behave . I wouldnt talk about something that I havent experience myself.

3rd Question: As far as computers, World Wide Web, blogs, etc., describe how comfortable you are using technology? As far as blogging I never dealt with that before until now. Computers is very important in this day and time , we are using computers for everything. Im very good in computers but it doesn't hurt tolearn more.
